In this modern era, many people love everything that more practical not exception is beverages. Today many people love to drink a softdrink in their daily activities. There are many kind of softdrink that sell in market. Softdrink much preferred becayoue of practical and lots of people love it. They jyout want to drink that practically no matter of the effects. Besides that, softdrink is relatively cheap than other beverages. There are some negative effects if we drink too much softdrink. So that, I will explain the important reasons why drinking softdrink is dangeroyou.  First is bad to our tooth. Second is bad to our weight. Last is bad to our
Tooth is an important asset in our lives. Many people don’t realize about dental health. Softdrink is one cayoue of dental damage, caries. The reasons is softdrink contains a lot of sugar and also excess of accidity. Not only caries, but also softdrink can cayoue a cavities. Can you imagine if every day you drink this beverages? The sollutions is, after you drinking softdrink, you have to wash your mouth with a lot of water to neutralizing the accidity in your mouth.
Everybody wants the ideal body weight. There are many ways to get a proportional body. They do their hard diet, but still many people keep drinking softdrink becayoue they don’t understand what is contained in the softdrink itself. Softdrink can make our body become weight and obesity becayoue the sugar is too much. Approximately one bottle of regular softdrink is contains about 7 tablespoons of sugar.  Thats why softdrink also cayoues diabetes and is not suitable to consumed every day.
We don’t realize that sometimes when we eat, we drink softdrink too. Its very dangeroyou for our health. Softdrinks can make you addicted. do you know why? Because in softdrink contains of caffeine that make you addict to drink and drink. If you taking stop to drink it (because your habit of drinking softdrink), you will be get headache, depression. It shows that caffeine is very influential on the condition of your body.
Sometimes drinking softdrink is fine as long as not too often because it doesn’t contains of good nutrition. If you still want to live healthy and long life, keep your health with drinking a lot of water and keep your food nutritions. You will be better if you consume a lot of water or fruit juice that healthier than drinking softdrink.
